The Workshop
Purpose built as a workshop for the making of the fixtures and fittings for Porth-en-Alls House by George Howe a very fine cabinet maker from Goldsithney. Perfect for two people and a close friend or child of seven or over but not suitable for toddlers.
Comprising one large studio room 40 feet by 16 feet, the
east and north sides being entirely glazed from floor to ceiling directly
overlooking the sea. It has a kitchen at one end; dining and sitting
areas; a 6 foot double and additional single bed; separate bathroom.
There is no garden but Coule’s Cove is only 100 yards away. Parking
for one car only. (Equipped for two people plus one)
